Visteon Automotive Strategic Planning –
Applying a combined approach using simulation modeling and classic scenario planning tools, the Collaborative worked with the strategic planning group at Visteon just after the spin-off from Ford Motor Company in 2000. During a time of uncertainty and transition in the organization, the model focused on enterprise level production capacity and demand, and the scenario planning tools allowed them to consider several different future scenarios.
